City of Quinlan Public Notice – Request for Qualifications

The City of Quinlan is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified planning firms for professional planning services to update the City’s Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, Engineering and Design Standards, related development regulations, and the development of a Downtown Master Plan. The RFQ document is available here. Submissions are due by August 14, 2025, at 5:30 pm CST
