The City of Quinlan is providing the following FAQ for the "No Smoking or Vaping in Public Places" ordinance, effective on June 16, 2025.  Ordinance 2025-04-02 was passed by the City Council on April 14, 2025 and a public notice was published in the Greenville Herald Banner on April 17, 2025.
