You may come into City Hall to make your payment and the city will re-establish your account or you may also go to waterpaymentlink and pay online. If paying online, once payment is made; you will then need to contact the Utility department at (903) 356-3306, and notify that payment has been made, so the account can be reactivated.
Once payment is received to re-establish your water account, a work order will then be given to Public Works for the re-connection. Public Works has until end of the business day (5 pm), payment is received to restore your services. If paying online after business hours, remember to notify the Utility department the following business day, for services to be restored. We will not restore services same day if payment is made online after 5 pm.
Quinlan City Hall is open Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and closed between 12-1 pm for lunch.
