1. Can I make arrangements over the phone?

All juveniles are required to appear in court for all proceedings in their cases. The parent(s) or legal guardians of any juvenile under the age of 17 charged in Municipal Court is required to be present in court with his or her child, even if represented by legal counsel.

In-Person payments can be made by cash, check or money order.  If wanting to pay by credit card, defendants will need to go online and pay at: fastgovpay.com. City of Quinlan office hours are M-F, 8am-5pm; closed for lunch 12-1pm.

2. Can I pay my fine in installments?

The court has a payment plan option.

3. What violations may be dismissed upon compliance?

The violations below may be dismissed with a $20 administrative fee, if you provide proof that the violation was corrected within 20 business days of the issuance of the citation 

• Expired Registration
• Expired Driver's License
• Expired Motor Vehicle Inspection Certificate
• Failure to Report Address Change
• Correction of defective equipment

The violations below may be dismissed without a charge upon presentation of valid insurance or driver's license to the court

• Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility (No Insurance)
• Fail to Present Driver's License Upon Request
