• Insurance will be confirmed by the court clerk with insurance company

EXPIRED DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Remedy within 20 Working days after the driver license expires or before the Initial Appearance date, whichever is later
• The offense has a dismissal fee of $20 (failure to pay the fee forfeits your right to a dismissal)

FAIL TO DISPLAY DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Defendant presents valid driver's license

Fail to Change Address on Driver's License

• Present proof of change of address for the driver's license to the court by the Initial Appearance date on the citation (must report change of address within 30 days of change of address)

REMEDY DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT

• Must provide retail receipt of purchased equipment to remedy the defect or court clerk must visually validate defective equipment has been remedied in person
• This offense has a dismissal fee of $10 (failure to pay the fee forfeits your right to a dismissal)

Handicap Placard

• Owner of handicap placard must present valid identification and a valid handicap placard
• Handicap placard will be validated with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles
• This offense has a dismissal fee of $20 (failure to pay the fee forfeits your right to a dismissal)
