A permit is required for any electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical work described below. The following requirements must be presented to obtain a permit.

Inspection (May be requested from Bureau Veritas and if received by 5:00 pm Monday-Friday will be performed the next business day).

Plumbing Upgrades/Repairs

Adding, replacing, or repairing a gas line
Installing gas logs inside of a fireplace
Replacing a gas or electric water heater
Adding a water softener or sprinkler system (an approved back flow device must be installed with each sprinkler system)

Mechanical Upgrades/Repairs

Replacing an air conditioner
Replacing a furnace
