Accidents Reports
Accident Reports are generated do to the unfortunate events resulting from unforeseen carelessness of drivers; to which causes vehicle damage and or bodily injury to persons involved in a vehicular accident.
It may take up to 10 business days before an Accident Report is ready; once the report is ready you may order your report online 24/7.
The Quinlan Police Department has partnered with Crash Records Information System to bring you 24/7 Accident Reports. To request a copy of an Accident Report, please visit cris.dot.state.tx.us. Incident Reports
Incident Reports document details from which an occurrence occurs. The details are recorded accounts from those who witnessed or whom were involved parties in the specified incident.Reports are only submitted to the Court Clerk by the Quinlan Police Department, when a request has been made directly to the Quinlan Police Department at 903-356-2500 by the parties involved in said incident.

- Requestor(s) will need to complete the Request For A Copy Of Police Records
- Report fee is $6.00
- Acceptable forms of payment: cash, checks or money order. Checks and money orders are to be made out to: City of Quinlan
